Because I have way more peppers than I can eat (and more on the way) I am going to dry them.
If you have never dried peppers before pay really close attention to these steps as it is really complicated….
step one: Clean peppers, then thread them up by the stem
step two: hang in sunny window
Ok so its ridiculously easy…see my handwork with a bit of fishing string.

I decided to string them up in color code…you can do it however you like. In a couple weeks/months they will be fully preserved and when you want to eat them just mix into food. You can even use them as decoration, once they are dried they last a really long time.
