Hold Corporate Democrats Responsible
Elected representatives, especially those that have been in office a very long time, have a lot to be held accountable for. You cant do one good thing and have it make up for all the bad stuff you have done.
Go to opensecrets.org and take a look at Pelosi’s donors. Sure one of those big companies might have given her money once just to see what would happen, but when they gave her that money over and over and over it was because they were getting a good return on their investment. You can’t allow the government to be taken over by big money, because they will only work for big money.
Nancy Pelosi gave a great speech, and stood up and was counted on the correct side of history…this time. But day in and day out she is eroding the foundation of our democracy by funneling millions of dollars of corporate money to the democrats in the house.
Her voting record reflects the influence of this money, they keep giving it to her because they know it works…so no I don’t think our job is to pat our rep’s on the head and tell them when they have done a good job, its to hold them responsible for EVERY action they take on our behalf, and to kick them out when they have a track record of not doing what they should.

Tell them in no uncertain terms that you want them to fight to stop Trump from doing these things. Tell them you will be watching them closely on how they vote, and will hold them accountable during the next election if they cave to Trump. You can also call other states congress people and threaten to donate to their opponent if they don’t do what you want.
