So it seems the white house has put Rove in charge of hurricane damage rebuilding. Basicly it seems that everything bush does is designed to make him look better politicaly. From changing the lighting to blue light (to match his shirt maybe?) here is what is normaly looks like. Also notice that his shirt is undone, like he has been hard at work. what a fucker.
