Hurray For Equality, Prop 8 Struck Down

Gay people can get married in California again, however some people think the judge was biased because he was gay.

You can read the full decision here, its an amazing feat of logical rational reasoning. America was built on the idea that all people are equal, its just taken a couple hundred years for reality to catch up with this ideal. We still have a long way to go, but this is a step in the right direction.
