I am always happy when I run into something that seems really out of place. This little monologue (diatribe?) from Craig Ferguson (who apparently has a late night TV show, this is what happens when you don’t own a TV) about our cultures fascination with being young and stupid.

Lead me to think of the general problem with this sort of thinking, it emphasizes the short term over the long term. Which of course is how we ended up in the mess we are in now. Something to think about.
