I mean come on people, when are you going to realize that John McCain is playing us for fools?
Don’t believe the hype. Drilling is NOT the answer.

Why does it show a spike in usage at 2010? And why does offshore drilling start in 2020? This graph doesn’t explain a lot.
Chloe: the steady ramp up on demand (this graph shows how much we will need to provide and from what sources) is because of population growth.
The reason why drilling starts producing oil in 2020 is because it will take at least ten years to produce useable oil if we start drilling right now.
This graph shows an awful lot, but the biggest point is that, even if we start drilling today, we wont see results for at least ten years, and do to the way the market works, and the low amount of oil produced, it will do almost nothing to help our energy needs.
