The rapid melting of Greenland’s ice sheet is causing new islands to spring up all over. The map makers cant seem to keep up with the change in the coastline. Ironic that the melting of Greenland is causing more islands to form while elsewhere the melting of Greenland (and other places) are causing islands to disappear.
