Another day another adventure. This time we travel to the highly exotic realm of my own back yard! I spent the day teaching the rest of the people in my house how to buck and limb(with a chainsaw). This involved a lot of standing around and talking about how NOT to cut your fingers, toes, arms, or legs off. And how to effectively remove one part of a tree from the rest of that tree. It was a good time and everyone did a very good job of NOT removing any parts of themselves and successfully removing parts of the tree.

In personal injury news I stabbed myself in the hand with a knife. I think its going to heal just fine, but boy did it hurt. Got me right in the palm of my hand where my middle finger meets my hand. Good times. Surprisingly it did not bleed at all, just hurt to high hell.

And possibly the best news of all, Tess came to visit this weekend and we had a wonderful time. She was very peppy and full of good cheer, and we had many laughs and watched Heat. I was surprised that she could sit through the whole movie, but the Torts homework that she was working on probably helped.

We also went to the beach and saw some waves, and a bird and a shell, the shell was made of calcium…carbonate. And it was wonderful.
