I had a lot of problems with Clinton as president, but he understood that government is only as good as we make it. I am getting really sick of republicans saying “the government is the problem” and then trying their hardest to make sure government is as inept as it can be. Of course government is going to be a problem if half the people in it are actively trying to make it dysfunctional.
