Interior Secretary Salazar will announce the fate of the Cape Wind project tomorrow at noon with governor Patrick.

I would guess because Patrick has been such a huge supporter of the project that this means it will be approved. About damn time too. Sadly expect a raft of lawsuits to follow once it is approved.

This project has taken way way too long to be approved.
