Perhaps if we started building more wind turbines/solar panels and started hiring people to improve home efficiency (the construction economy was hard hit). Also did you notice anything about the above chart? I really am sick of people somehow blaming this on Obama, while this chart doesn’t prove it was Bush’s fault, it certainly shows that Obama is making progress fixing the mess he was given.
