Also issuu is a pretty interesting service by which you can embed documents into your website…I thought I would test them both out at the same time. Hi there – thanks very much for posting this! To be honest, I penned the book so it would apply to anybody residing in the UK, the USA, NZ and just about anywhere else in the world… It’s only the little resources section at the back that hones it down to a country. The rest is simple, green advice we could all do with getting out teeth into!
