Monday Confessional

Today was a very cold day. Very very cold. Which is better than a very hot day in the middle of February. Did I mention it was cold? Today was spent building shellfish cages, and removing bricks from old shellfish cages in anticipation of a very large and very cool nitrogen removal project (more on this later) that I have been part of for a couple of years now. It sounds glamorous but trust me its dirty work (the best kind). I also got the chance to attend another one of Keith Bergman’s talks on climate change. This was the sixth time he has put the talk on, and he did much better than the first time, there was also a panel discussion after the event (again more on this later). Overall it was very interesting.

I am missing Tess, as she is off at the law school, but I will get to see her this weekend for a nice dinner. Tess has pretty much the biggest brain I have ever seen on anyone. Its like a giant law school sponge. For instance the other day she taught me that no matter what law someone tries to get you with, all you have to do is invoke the principle of 12B. This simple rule of civil procedure pretty much kicks ass and takes names. (disclaimer: she is really too smart to have told me something so foolish, I simply hear what I want to hear sometimes)

This week should be a pretty busy one as I have ohh… a million things scheduled for the rest of the week. Don’t worry though if I play my cards right the Sietch Blog goodness should continue to flow all week long.

I have one last thing to ask before I pass out, if you had your “druthers” (aka: your choice) which would you choose for the RSS feed for this site, Full or partial? Just curious. I really want to hear from one of the 80 or so people that seem to be reading my feed every day what would you like more?

  1. Depending on what you use to publish the RSS feed, you could generate both a partial and a full feed, to suit both inclinations…

I’m partial to the full feed, myself.
